“I found Opt4 as we were preparing to move into our new facility and what a find it was! Opt4 cabled our entire building, installed a new VOIP phone system and video conferencing. Opt4 has helped us to communicate more effectively with our clients and our remote offices… not to mention saving us money as well!”
Phil Donatiello – Director, Information Technology Gilmore & Associates New Britain, PATelephone Systems and VoIP
You are a candidate for VoIP.
First and foremost, you can save money. Studies have shown, that compared to using a traditional telephone system solution, using VoIP can potentially help you save up to 40% on local calls and long distance and up to 90% on international calls.
Secondly, communications will improve by having access to and using the abundant features available to VoIP users. Dynamic features include voicemail to email, find-me-follow-me, caller-id, contact lists, extra virtual and point of presence numbers, 3-way calling, conference bridges, call blocking and many more with the means for easily adjusting features based upon needs.
We offer a variety of VoIP products and services both hosted and premise-based. Depending upon your organization’s structure and your overall needs, we will explore all options and determine the best overall solution for you.
But in the meantime, here is a glimpse of hosted PBX vs. Premise-Based.
With a premise-based VoIP solution the equipment is installed at your facility. With this type of VoIP telephone system, the end user and vendor will have greater control over the solutions, but this also requires a trained administrator to manage it. Companies that have highly customized business applications or processes may require this greater control. In addition, with this type of solution, companies may be responsible for the upfront costs associated with purchasing equipment though often times financing and/or leasing options are available.
In a hosted solution, the phones may be the only capital investment. These telephone systems require less startup costs and do not require any staff to manage them. Once installed, they are easily scaled up and down. All telephone maintenance and upgrades are provided by your hosted provider.
