Raymond J. Dundas Ray has over 12 years experience in the videoconferencing industry. In the early 90s, he spent 3 years with a worldwide banking institutions videoconferencing group, implementing and maintaining a world-wide videoconference network. The group facilitated the use of 43 videoconference rooms world-wide, developed and rolled out training processes for the end-user community, planned weekly international multi-point meetings, coordinated & directed meetings for the executive floor and surveyed and investigated the migration from proprietary systems to the newly adopted H.320 initiative. This experience provided Ray with in-depth knowledge, and overall understanding of the end user community in a corporate communications environment. Working with different business sectors and divisions, developing on-line applications and meeting processes further validated the use of videoconferencing as a productive and cost effective corporate communications tool. Ray further developed his expertise in the industry working for a World-Wide Videoconference equipment Re-seller. The company began with a Telephony and Data cable emphasis, and then completed the package with the addition of a videoconferencing division. Ray worked his way up from Sales to Sales Engineering and eventually on to Vice President of Operations. Through his leadership, they developed a world-wide installation & maintenance footprint, initiated an industry first, with Same Day On-Site technical support, maintained Service Levels for equipment and maintenance processes for Fortune 1000 companies and built an in-house support program with an excellent track record for meeting deadlines, outstanding customer service and quality of workmanship. Currently, Ray's main responsibility is in consulting services for Videoconferencing equipment, Multi-Media Room Design, Equipment brokerage contracts, customer maintenance and installation programs for both Telephony and Videoconferencing installations. Ray also oversees and manages the day to day business operation for OPT4 Group. |

Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing Andrew John Seabrook Andrew has over 12 years of electronic and communication experience, which is both domestic and international. His work began in England, then expanded throughout Europe, and, finally, brought him to United States. His experience has not only branched geographically, but has advanced professionally. Andrews career was sparked in 1990 while studying at Mid-Kent College. Here, Andrew earned the opportunity to participate in a three-year electronic engineering apprenticeship with General Electric Company Marconi Avionics Limited. Upon the successful completion of this program and his degree, Andrew was recruited by one of Londons leading communication companies, Webbs Electronics and Communications. While working at Webbs Andrews, responsibilities primarily included managing installations of fiber optic, data, telecommunication, and signal cabling. During this time Andrew also managed large foreign contracts in Austria, Germany, Spain, and France. Andrew gained a vast amount of knowledge in the structured cabling industry. After coming to the United States in 1997, Andrew sought employment with a world-wide videoconference, data, and telephone equipment re-seller. Andrews prior knowledge and experience and continuing education aided in the success of his sales career. During this 4 year period, Andrew was recognized as Sales Person of the Year for two consecutive years. Andrew also gained vast experience in videoconferencing and telephone equipment and furthering his knowledge in data. |

Executive Vice President of Operations Raymond G. Cromer Raymond has over 12 years experience in the telephony industry, both in the military and civilian sectors. In the early 90s he served 6 years in the United States Marine Corps as a Telephone/Switchboard Technician and Maintenance Management Specialist, where he participated in Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield in the Persian Gulf; Operation Provide Promise/Deny Flight in the Adriatic Sea; and Operation Continue Hope in Somalia. During his military experiences he gained the discipline, leadership, and attention to detail to propel him into the civilian and corporate business sectors of the telephony industry. There he landed a position with a cabling connectivity company as a Project Coordinator completing the design and installations of voice, data, and fiber cabling projects for small to medium size businesses. It was also during this time that Raymond developed a knack for the design and implementation of small to medium size businesses voice and voice messaging communications for several different manufacturers. Raymond further developed his expertise in the telephony industry working for a Telephony/Connectivity/Videoconference equipment Re-seller. Working his way up from a Service Technician, to a Project Manager, to a Sales Engineer he gained the knowledge and tools necessary to understand all phases and facets to a project; keeping both the end users and companys goals in mind. He was also directly responsible for the companies 400% sales growth in one of their many telephony products, moving them from an Associate Dealer level to Platinum Dealer status. Currently, Raymond is Executive Vice President of Operations of Opt4Group. His main responsibility is in consulting services for telephony equipment and customer maintenance and installation programs. |
