A technology and information services company, who for security purposes will remain nameless, wanted one point of contact for all their audio and video conferencing needs. Their board room was ineffective and poorly installed by another vendor who didn’t understand the company’s requirements. In their newly created multi-task war room, they required three autonomous presentation areas that could all function through one business endpoint using videoconferencing. Due to the highly secure nature of their business, it was important that Opt4 adhere to their strict guidelines.
Opt4 Group called upon their years of experience to provide a creative state-of-the-art solution for the corporation. Opt4 Group installed 3 inverted 60” document viewing LCDs, a centrally located dual 65” monitor Lifesize HD videoconference unit and a 5000 lumen projector with 140” diagonal screen. The executives now have board room that has improved productivity, exceeded expectations and met budget constraints. Specifically, they project a significant decrease in costs associated with travel and employee down time because of the flexibility of the room.
