Project Transition found communication to be slow moving and disjointed.  Their multiple locations with different zoning types all maintained different outdated telephone systems and technology.  The IT staff was frustrated by the number of vendors used to maintain the various systems. Essentially, they were operating without any continuity of telecommunications.

A new structured cabling system designed and installed by Opt4 Group provided the much needed foundation for smoothly running networks.  In addition, a premise-based VoIP phone system located at corporate headquarters was easily managed and saved thousands of dollars per month in data, voice and network charges.
