Ray Dundas PresidentWith over 20 years of experience in videoconferencing, Ray has seen first-hand the changes in the telecommunications industry. In the early 90’s, he spent 3 years with a worldwide banking institution’s videoconferencing grouping, implementing and maintaining the worldwide network. This experience provided him with the overall understanding of the end-user community in a corporate communications environment. Ray further developed his expertise in the industry working for a videoconference equipment reseller. Ray worked his way up from sales to sales engineer to eventually becoming the VP of Operations. Under his leadership, they developed a world-wide installation and maintenance footprint, initiated the first, with “Same Day On-Site” technical support, maintained service levels for equipment and maintenance processes for Fortune 1000 companies and built an in-house support program with an excellent tract record for meeting deadlines, outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.

Andrew Seabrook Vice President

Andrew SeabrookAndrew has over 15 years of electronic and communications experience, both domestic and international. His work began in England, then continued in Europe and finally brought him to the USA. Andrew began his career by participating in a 3 year electronic engineering apprenticeship with GE Co – Marconi Avionics Ltd. Next he was recruited by one of London’s leading communication companies, Webb’s Electronics and Communications. He was responsible for managing installations of fiber optic, data, telecommunications and signal cabling. Here is gained a vast amount of knowledge in the structured cabling industry. After coming to the United States, Andrew was employed in sales by a data cabling, telephone and videoconference equipment reseller. During this time, Andrew was recognized a Sales Person of the Year for 2 consecutive years.

Raymond Cromer VP Operations

Raymond Cromer VP OperationsRay’s industry experience began in the early 90’s while serving in the US Marines Corps. For 6 years Ray served as a Telephone/Switchboard Technician and Maintenance Management Specialist where he participated in Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield in the Persian Gulf; Operation Provide Promise/Deny Flight in the Adriatic Sea and Operation Continue Hope in Somalia. Following his military experiences, Ray landed a position with a cabling connectivity company as project coordinator completing the design and installations of voice, data and fiber cabling projects for small to medium size business. Ray further developed his expertise in the industry working for a Telephony, Connectivity, Videoconference equipment re-seller. He worked his way up from a service technician, project manager to a sales engineer.
